Next Generation extenders come as a pre-measured powder pouch that is mixed into one bottle of Next Generation purified sterile water. The pH and osmolarity are set for that exact combination of powder and water, which is why Exodus asks that you use the whole pouch with the matching water and never top up or split a batch.
Each batch is made under GMP, checked for pH and osmolarity, and tested with stallion semen before it ships. Both formulas are offered plain or with an antibiotic; the options are listed on each Revival product page, and your veterinarian is the right person to help choose one for your stallion.

Mix, then wait 20 minutes
Pour the whole pouch into the matching water bottle, cap, invert and let it dissolve fully before use.
Room temperature
Store unmixed extender at room temperature and extend semen that has also cooled to room temperature.
