It is our mission to offer expert technical support backed by superior customer service. Exodus Breeders Corporation develops, manufactures and distributes equine reproductive supplies time tested in our own micro-managed breeding operation.

Meet the Team:

Jon P. Wiesman, Founder
Jon has been involved in the horse industry at a professional level for over 25 years. He began his career right out of high school leaving his home base of Adrian, Michigan for the equine mecca of the world, Lexington, KY.

Jon was educated at both The Ohio State University and Texas A&M University, specializing in Equine Reproduction and Management. For several years he managed an exclusive group of 45 Standardbred broodmares owned by Al Libfeld of Toronto. Privatizing his operation allowed him the ability to micro-manage this illustrious group of broodmares specializing in Transported Semen, Embryo Transfer, Oocyte Transfer/Transport as well as the care and management of foal leg deformities.

Jon has been in either a management and/or an owner capacity of an equine breeding operation for the past 25 years. This experience is the basis for which the Equine Express II (cooled semen and embryo transport system) as well as the entire line of Next Generation, artificial insemination, semen preservation, neonatal management and nutriceuticals were developed and now have become the foundation of Exodus Breeders Corporation. Jon is always willing to offer his knowledge to all of our clientele; whether you are developing a startup operation or enhancing an established farm, utilize him as your resource when a difficult situation arises.

Leeanna M. Wiesman, President
Leeanna has been involved in office management since 1976 when she oversaw the reproductive records for one of the largest Hereford and Chianina cattle herds in North America and this company switched from breeding cattle to horses in 1979. Leeanna took her knowledge of office management over the past 25 years and which are some of the management tools that Exodus Breeders Corporation offers within its catalog today. Leeanna is a great resource in assisting the people behind the scenes of a breeding operation on how to better utilize their breeding management and billing programs.
Leeanna and Jon have been married for twenty-three years and have three children who are in college.

Sandy Purcell, Purchasing Manager & Customer Service
Sandy has been working with horses almost all of her life dating back to her days in 4-H. She began showing Quarter Horses where she won several District and Pennsylvania State showmanship titles in both pleasure and halter. Prior to Sandy joining Exodus she assisted in the management of Jonalee Farm, whereby she too worked closely with one of the greatest groups of broodmares in the world. Her hands on knowledge of both the breeding and show world allow her to communicate fluently with all aspects of the equine world. Sandy has been with Exodus since its inception. Sandy has a daughter who is also involved in the horse industry.

Karen Weaver, Customer Service/Product Assembly
Karen started with Exodus in May of 2014. She assembles every Canine & Equine shipping box that leaves Exodus. She’s married to Mike and has 2 daughters Jaidyn & Jenna.
